Our Blanc de blancs 2009 is made only with the Chardonnay grapes from the south slopes of Epernay and the Côtes des blancs. This wine reveals fresh and delicate aromas of spices, with flower, ginger, and stone fruit. A rich elegant taste and a fine bubble. Straight and sharp it offers a clean nice palate with a delicate and smooth finish. A superb elegant Champagne to accompany a nice fish or a juicy chicken.
