Our Return Privileges
We accept returns of unopened bottles in their original condition within 15 days of delivery. Like the delicate balance of a fine Armagnac, we’ve crafted this policy to be both generous and precise.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain treasures in our collection cannot be returned once purchased, much like opened bottles cannot be resealed:
- Limited edition Dom Pérignon vintages
- Special order Armand De Brignac selections
- Personalised or engraved bottles
- Opened or partially consumed spirits
The Return Process
Our concierge-level returns service ensures a seamless experience:

- Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Packaging: Securely wrap the bottle(s) in their original packaging with all accompanying documentation
- Shipping: Return via the same carrier used for delivery (DHL/FedEx for standard shipments, EMS for free shipping)
- Inspection: Our cellar masters will verify the condition upon arrival
- Resolution: You’ll receive notification of your refund or exchange within 3 business days of inspection
Refund Timeline & Method
Like the careful aging of our finest Cognac, refunds require proper processing time:
- Timing: 5-7 business days after we approve your return
- Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error
Exchange Requests
Should you wish to exchange for another of our premium spirits (perhaps Bollinger instead of your original Champagne selection), we’re pleased to accommodate when inventory allows. The process mirrors our returns procedure, with the difference applied to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
