The 2006 Shiraz Seven Acre gives up a room-filling bouquet of smoke Asian spices incense game and blueberry. Structured ripe and richly fruited it is not quite as voluptuous as in the finest years but that is a minor quibble. Allow 2-3 years of additional cellaring and drink it through 2018.
