2004 Greenock Creek Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Note:

The 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in French oak. Purple-colored it offers up a superb nose of mineral pencil lead tar black currant and blackberry liqueur. Medium to full-bodied there are layers of sweet fruit complex flavors a velvety texture well-concealed tannins and outstanding depth and length. So rich that it can be enjoyed now the wine has enough structure to evolve for 6-8 years and drink well through 2025 if not longer. Source: Wine Advocate
