Tasting Note:

The 2000 Proprietary Red Wine (a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon 24% Sangiovese and 11% Petite Sirah) is outstanding. An inky/ruby/purple color is followed by a bouquet of charcoal toasty oak espresso roast and black currants. This dense rich full-bodied sweet wine possesses ripe tannin low acidity and a plump layered concentrated style. It is a hedonistically as well as intellectually pleasing effort to enjoy over the next 7-8 years. Source: Wine Advocate
